We want your Slumber Roll to reach you as quickly and safely as possible!
Shipping Costs
🇳🇿 Standard shipping, New Zealand: from $19
🇳🇿 Rural shipping, New Zealand: from $25
Shipping is calculated at checkout and increases with larger orders. Add a signature for $4 to $5.
🇦🇺 Australia: $129 flat, AUS Economy Plus with NZ Post, signature required, not tracked. Australian orders are limited to one Slumber Roll Bundle per order while we get our freight sorted. Need more than one? Email us for a quote.

Large orders
We can ship up to four Slumber Roll Bundles per order within New Zealand. Planning something bigger, like a lodge, retreat or bulk gift order? Email us at hello@theslumberroll.com and we’ll sort a freight quote for you.

🇳🇿 Standard Shipping (New Zealand): 3-8 business days
🇦🇺 Australia: 6-14 business days

Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Order Tracking
- Once your New Zealand order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your Slumber Roll’s journey.
- Australian orders travel with AUS Economy Plus, which isn’t tracked, but does require a signature on delivery.
Lost or Damaged Items
- If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@theslumberroll.com within 7 days so we can help resolve it.
