Shipping Policy

We ship throughout New Zealand and to Australia. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, and shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order size and address.

New Zealand delivery takes 3 to 8 business days and all orders are tracked. Rural addresses are supported at a slightly higher rate. We can ship up to four Slumber Roll Bundles per order within New Zealand, and for anything larger, email hello@theslumberroll.com for a freight quote.

Australian orders ship with AUS Economy Plus via NZ Post for a flat $129 NZD, take 6 to 14 business days, require a signature on delivery, and are not tracked. Australian orders are limited to one bundle.

Local pickup is available from Cambridge. Choose Pick up at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready.

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
