Refund Policy

We want you to love your Slumber Roll. If something isn't right, get in touch at hello@theslumberroll.com and we'll sort it out.

Change of mind: You have 30 days from delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange, provided it's unused, unwashed and in its original packaging. Return postage for change of mind is at your cost. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping charges aren't refunded.

Faulty or damaged items: Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If your item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return postage.

Bundles: Bundles must be returned complete to receive a full refund. If you return only part of a bundle, we'll refund the bundle price less the standard retail price of the item you keep.

Sale and discounted items: Items bought with a discount code are refunded at the price you actually paid.

How to start a return: Email hello@theslumberroll.com with your order number and what's wrong, and we'll send return instructions. Please don't send anything back before hearing from us.
